Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Ours is deliberately simple, and more generous than most of the platforms.

The policy
More than 14 days before arrival — cancel free, refunded in full.
Within 14 days of arrival — charged in full.
No-show — charged in full.
Early departure — the remaining nights are not refunded.
Changing dates instead
More than 14 days out, we will move your booking to any available dates at no fee. If the new dates cost more you pay the difference; if they cost less we refund it. Just message us on WhatsApp.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 10 working days depending on your bank. We do not charge a processing fee. Any currency difference between what you paid and what you receive is set by your bank, not by us.
If something goes wrong at our end
On the rare occasion we cannot honour a booking, we refund you in full and do everything we can to place you somewhere of equal standard nearby, at our cost where the difference is ours to cover.
