Your booking

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been taken and you have received a confirmation email with a reference number. Until then the villa is held but not booked.

You must be 18 or over to book.

The number of guests may not exceed the maximum stated for the villa. Extra guests may be refused entry.

Rates and what is included

Rates are quoted per villa per night in Indonesian Rupiah and include all applicable government tax and service charge, and daily à la carte breakfast for the booked occupancy.

Extras added at checkout — airport transfer, private chef, in-villa massage, early check-in, late checkout — are charged in addition and are subject to availability.

Where a members rate applies it is available only to signed-in guests booking through this website.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, in Indonesian Rupiah, by card. Card details are entered directly into Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah and your card is charged in Indonesian Rupiah, as required by Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 17/3/PBI/2015. If your card is denominated in another currency, your own bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own fee. Any comparison figure shown on this site is an approximate guide, not a quote.

Every price shown includes the 10% service charge and 11% government tax. There is no booking fee, cleaning fee or resort fee.

We hold the villa for you first and take payment second. If the payment does not complete, the hold is released and nothing is charged.

Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation up to 14 days before your arrival date, refunded in full to the original card within 10 working days.

Cancellations inside 14 days, and no-shows, are charged in full.

Date changes are free if requested more than 14 days out and subject to availability; any rate difference applies.

If we ever have to cancel your stay we will refund you in full and help you find an alternative. That is the limit of our liability.

During your stay

Check-in is from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Early and late times can be arranged in advance and may carry a charge.

The villas are non-smoking indoors. Parties and events are not permitted.

We ask that noise is kept low between 22:00 and 07:00 out of respect for neighbouring villas.

You are responsible for damage or loss caused during your stay and we may charge the card on file for the cost of repair or replacement.

Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage to your belongings, nor for events outside our reasonable control including natural events, volcanic activity, government action, or disruption to flights.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Guests use the pools and facilities at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Complaints and governing law

Tell us during your stay if something is wrong — we can almost always fix it while you are with us. Anything unresolved, email us within 28 days of departure.

Your contract is with PT Conscious Design Bali, NIB 1907220006252, NPWP 0602 9032 3990 3000, at Jalan Bisma, Ubud, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80571, Indonesia.

These terms are governed by Indonesian law, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, and the Denpasar District Court has jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, Indonesian consumer law also lets you take it to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen, BPSK) in Denpasar.
